With experience managing more than 100 tenants across diverse commercial properties, Lou has built a reputation for operational excellence, fiscal discipline and the ability to maintain high-performing assets in any market cycle.

In addition to his deep management background, Lou has over two decades of experience representing both landlords and tenants. Away from the desk
When the day’s work is done, which it never is, Lou trades property stories for student stories with his wife Jen, who runs a thriving day care business of her own. He will tell you his real joy in life is managing his son’s Little League team, where he has learned to savor the moment, focus on the kids, tune out the noise and accept the umpire’s call.
