With construction nearing completion at his industrial-modern, Class A office building in Hauppauge, developer Craig Padover was nearing the successful lease-up of 410 Motor Parkway, including the new Suffolk County headquarters of Hanover Bank which we’d facilitated. We took a walkthrough of the space with Craig to talk about what motivated him to take on the risk of speculative office development in a post-COVID market, and where he’s planning to go from here.
